TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Wait
Time: 30 minutes of free wait time for Domestic flights and
45 minutes of free wait time for International flights. All
pick-ups from New York City will have 15 minutes of free wait
time. Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments
of 15 minutes at the vehicle's hourly rate. All No Shows will
be charged in full. Incase If you can’t find your chauffeur
please contact us at 866-387-6050. Cancellations for Sedan
and SUV must be made 4 Hrs prior to the trip time by Phone.
Cancellations for all other vehicles must be made 8 Hrs prior
to the trip time by phone or they will be charged in full.
